Long-term good relationships, attachments full of mutual respect and caring and general kindness to people are our basic values.In close relationships people experience the highest degrees of subjective well-being, life satisfaction, passion and stillness. At the same time the deepest despair, unlimited rage and worries can also come from the closest relationships. For human being abilities and emotional skills, that help to cope with personal crises are often as important as abilities to cope with life in general.

Main objectives in psychological counselling are

  • to increase the capabilities to take care of and support yourself and other people around you through emotional working-through and mindfulness esp. when facing the most severe crises
  • to develop the skills of emotional presence and self-sufficiency in one’s life through increasing levels of mindfulness
  • to develop resilience, stress tolerance, self-consciousness and -confidence.
